Sources said that the unfortunate van was carrying 30 children. Dead bodies of seven kids have been fished out while four are rescued alive. Fear in toll is also feared as the van has been completely sunk into the river, sources said.
Eyewitnesses said that the accident took place due to overspeeding. Rescue teams and professional swimmers set off from Muzaffarabad while the locals are assisting the police in relief efforts.
