Bears vs giants

Bears vs giants News Up Date About:Well as we prepare for the kickoff to the Chicago Bears-New York Giants here are some quick thoughts.

I still can't believe the 3-0 Bears are for real. Will this game prove that they are? Jay Cutler has a propensity for being a gunslinger but will a still below average New York secondary be able to take advantage?

NBC Commentator Dan Patrick just said that five of Eli Manning's six picks were on tipped passes. I hate that statistic because it naturally implies that the interceptions are not the quarterback's fault. Tipped passes are often the result of an off-target throw, or a throw into a coverage, etc. Even if the receiver tips the ball, did the quarterback just throw it in there too quick?

Bears Vs Packers

Bears Vs Packers:Bears against the Packers in the books, the boys from Chicago beat Green Bay 20-17.Here are 5 things to take away from this game:

1– Bears are for real:

We knew that the Bears were the top echelon of defense, but it seems that crime has indeed improved. Although they did not put up a huge number of yards, Cutler and the offense turned the ball only once, one of their Achilles’ heels in 2009. Of course, the Packers dropped a pair of integers, but the Bears offense moved the ball when they need to.

Urlacher:As 3-0 bears soaked in 20-17 victory over the rival Packers, Brian Urlacher was asked if he thought people were believers now.

“I could give a (crap),”said the midfielder.” I do not care what people say.”

Urlacher was the last word on Monday. He did not even know who knocked the ball from the hands of James Jones in the fourth quarter, when he and Lance Briggs has attacked the decision by the receiver packers.
