Any attempt to access the Web site is currently results in a few minutes download time with a final "connection timed out" message (another attempt gave me this message: "Internal error - server connection terminated"). It seems that this is only the starting page and search engine that down, however, as Yahoo! Mail (mail.yahoo.com), Yahoo Answers (answers.yahoo.com), and Yahoo! Games (games.yahoo.com) still Georgia, albeit slowly.
