Most of the list are women you would normall expect to be on such a list: Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Britney Spears to name a few. But there is one startling inclusion: Justin Bieber. So where did the obviously male singer rank on the (almost) all-female list?
The teen heartthrob actually cracked the top 10, taking the No. 7 spot on the list, just ahead of Miley Cyrus and Paris Hilton. Not on the list is Bieber’s girlfriend Selena Gomez. Well, that’s awkward.
