Men 17 – and 18-year-old member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Long in Lithonia, when they say, Long abused his spiritual authority, to seduce their cars, money, clothes, jewelry, international flights and access to celebrity.
BJ Bernstein, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs, said that if the relationship began, the plaintiffs past the legal age of consent in Georgia, who is 15 years.
“The defendant Long used his spiritual authority to make some young men … engaging in sexual acts and attitudes to their personal sexual grafitication”, claims read.
Asked about possible motives for the prosecution, Guillen referred broke into the office in June, Long.
Bernstein said one of the plaintiffs faced criminal charges, burglary in the incident. She said that the break in was a way to attack Long.
