We get to follow Kenny Powers, a former MLB pitcher who fell from glory, even as he tries to make a comeback in baseball. In the first season, we have to look at him as he is able to regain his high school sweetheart. At the end of the season, two of them live together only after Kenny Powers gets a phone call that he was drafted into the big leagues. On the way to Florida, he gets another call from the agent, signed it, saying that he was fired and power will no longer be part of a team.
