News Updates About Subtle Senses:-Cuppage Terrace allegedly ceased operations on 16 Oct, with no advanced warning to its members. This follows the closure of its Ngee Ann City branch two weeks earlier. We are monitoring this story. Back in May 2009 we posted a review of True Spa, noting customer complaints about how hard it was to book a session, how unhelpful the staff was, and how nobody ever picked up the phone. In April this year, we learned that Subtle Senses was taking over and absorbing all True Spa package holders.
There was hope.
