After submerging kacha (unsubstantial) areas of Thatta, the flood water has changed its direction towards the concrete areas of the city outskirts.
An emergency has been imposed in Thatta, Sindh Interior Minister Zulfiqar Mirza while talking to Dunya News informed that the Sindh Government is preparing to confront any kind of situation. He added that authorities have ordered nearly a million people to evacuate towns as rising floods threaten further havoc in Sindh straining to cope after its worst humanitarian disaster.Original post @
